Internships 

The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) will be offering internship opportunities on a rolling basis depending on project needs. The information below reflects current opportunities.

NREL Internships: General information on the types of intern experiences can be found on the Internships page on the NREL website. Current HelioCon intern job postings at NREL include: 

SNL Internships: There are no current postings for HelioCon internships. General opportunities can be found on SNL’s students and postdocs and academic partnership pages.

DOE/SETO Internships: There are no current postings for HelioCon internships. General opportunities can be found on DOE’s SETO and EERE pages. 

SULI Internships: NREL and SNL are participating labs in the Department of Energy’s Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internships (SULI) program and will be hiring SULI interns for the HelioCon project on a continual basis. If you are interested in applying, here are instructions on how to apply and application deadlines. Applications for the summer SULI term are due January 10, 2023.
