Lessons Learned
The receiver area is about 22 square meters, which receiving
the sun rays. It consists of porous ceramic elements conducting a flow of air
sucked in from outside. The heat storage system is filled with a packing of
ceramic elements. These elements are heated by the hot air, and the heat is
retrieved by reversing this process, therefore, the power generation can
continue with clouds pass overhead.
